  1. When will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been verified. Once processed, it will be shipped using the courier service you selected at checkout.
    Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Which courier services does Naisly use?
    We partner with several trusted courier services in Indonesia, including JNE, SiCepat, J&T, AnterAja, and ID Express. You can choose your preferred courier during checkout.
  3. What shipping options are available?
    We offer several shipping options depending on your selected courier:
    - Regular: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days (depending on destination).
    - Express/Next Day: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
    - Same Day (limited areas): Applies if the order is placed before 12:00 PM WIB.
    Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s policy.
  4. How can I track my order?
    Once your payment is verified and your order is processed, a tracking number will appear on your order confirmation page. To monitor your shipment status, simply enter your order or tracking number on the Naisly website to view real-time updates.
